RESERVATIONS
Upon receipt of the Vacation Rental Agreement, you will need to fillout, sign and mail back the agreement along with a reservation payment equal to half of the total amount for the rental. The property isreserved only after payment and the signed Vacation Rental Agreementhas been received.
BALANCES DUE
The remaining balance of your rental charges along with a refundabledamage deposit ($500) is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of the remaining balance, we will send you theaccess information and driving directions to the property. Failure topay the remaining balance on time will result in the loss of yourreservation, cancellation of the Vacation Rental Agreement, and forfeiture of your reservation payment.
